1996 P Quarter - Raised Lines?

OK, trying again. Thanks all for your time - I am learning a ton. I'm going through 1996 quarters - via the other posts, I have ruled out many as possible error coins.

So, on this one... a couple of areas look raised. I checked variety vista and did not find anything on this.

Those are die cracks.

A very old die. Those lines are raised, so they are die cracks. Note the roughness of the fields. A very tired die... Me to. Nap time.
