$10 Error Note Featuring Hamilton With A Receding Hairline.

Hello Community. Haven't posted in a long time. I don't find too many error notes at my job, but this one caught my attention. I don't see too many small face notes out there anymore so I check them for mismatched serial numbers, ect. On this note there appears to have been a worn down plate used or there was an obstruction causing a big white blotch where Hamilton's hair is normally seen. In real life (the video does not capture the severity all that well) it looks even more noticeable. Is this worth getting graded? It is not UNC, but in pretty decent shape (no tears, or hard centerfolds). Thanks. At 01:13 you have a better zoom in.
