Just to let you know, it's a variety, not an error coin. Varieties happens during the die making processes. An error generally happens during when the coin is struck. Errers and Varietys. Like the "wide AM's of 1998-2000P's", where a type of die meant for use with another coin(proof die used on business strike) or another year's old or new died's mistakenly used at the wrong time like the 88-89's were. But must have better pictures for determining if it is. Plus full images of the coin as well as a close up of FG would be essential.
