the patina looks too uniform. It my hand I dont know if its real or fake

according to wildwinds it should be heavier. but 1 side is worn.

could this be fake patina on real coin? I got it really cheap.

The softness - what sometimes is referred to as "soapiness" - in that top pic (the coins' reverse) is concerning. But Echizento is the local authority on Byzantine AE's.

Typically the reverse is struck much deeper than the obverse, I believe the coin is genuine but the coin has a false patina added especially to enhance the reverse.
