They are not in collecting condition. Where did you find them?

On your Indian you can see the punches on the Obverse has been typically transfered to the reverse.
36 just looks chewed up for some reason!!

I find these in coin rolls if it looked odd or diffrent I kept them been collecting them since I was 7 ..my grandmother did the same and left them to me when she passed
