I have an amazing Jefferson nickel Collection that I have acquired over the years. They are all BU but ungraded, sever are FS and others would fit the 5FS grade. Grading these coins never really was considered because I assumed most were MS 64- MS 65 and the value really get worth it at MS 66. I also have a ton of proofs that are amazing. That being stated, I recently have been browsing ebay and noticed that Jefferson Nickeks seem to be grading higher than expected. Can anyone help me understand the grading standards on these coins and maybe some dates that I should get your opinions on. My dates range from 1938-1975. I have most dates but not all. I typically only bought ones that had eye appeal. Haven't really bought any in the past 5 years, kinda changed the direction of my collection. Thank you for any feedback!

Key dates, which have the potential for the highest value, are good to start. Or those you believe have full steps. Full steps are great for any date.

I too am in the same boat. Looking forward to this becoming a popular thread.
To nip it in the bud, I hope you post one at a time. Listing several in a post will net you confusion and less participation.
