This coin is showing a lot of machine damage to those devices after the coin was struck. It was normal for a mila-second, then damaged by the die coming upwards perhaps because of a bounce after the strike. But clipped the normal devices. On the doubled dies the devices are enlarged, not reduced. Report this Post to the Staff
