Better pics might help, but maybe it took a hit which flattened out the lower part?

Somehow it still was slabbed as MS something though. Pretty high.

in all likelihood its just a die flaw at the date
I was thinking MS62 but my guess is you're going to show MS64

Appears to be die spread at the 1. At least from what I can see.

You need sharper photos for an MS grade. At least for me.

Dings, which also might have caused the lower 1 spread, affect mint state grades. But unless they are severe enough to cause a details grade - such dings DON'T reduce a grade below 60.

This is icg 63. Not sure what it'd be elsewhere. Not sure if the 63 is after deducting a point or two for the weird "1".

those are the only pics they had. I didn't buy it. It sold for about the PCGS recommended price for MS60.
