They're mid-Roman base-silver/bronze antoninianii, that much is certain.
The top one's obverse legend is "IMP C C.... AVG, which actually helps more than you might think: only options which fit the time period are Carausius and Claudius II; based on the portrait, I'd guess Claudius II. No idea on the reverse, except the reverse legend seems to start with "A", or maybe "R". The central object looks like a tree, or a peacock, but it's probably just the remains o a standing figure that's corroded away. Best guess:
this one, Aequitas reverse.
The lower one is much easier: one of the Tetricii, probably Tetricus I, reverse type quite clear: SALVS AVG.
This one seems to be the type.
