I'm leaning towards MS63 as well, though the hits below the cheek are hard to ignore and might hold it back. Also lots of abrasions across the cheek and neck.
Good strike, excellent frost and luster, a lot of tiny contact marks which are certainly more obvious in the photos than when you view the coin in person. Looks better than a 63 but too many marks for a 65, so I think MS-64 is correct. Very nice Morgan.
