Hi everyone, I received this coin with change given back to me at a local store. I think it was mistaken as a quarter in their drawer. Anyone know what this is? Thanks so much *** Moved by Staff moved to a more appropriate forum. ***

I'm sorry , forgot to inform you that the reverse is the same. Both are exact. Edge is smooth. I was thinking maybe from a game token.

I'd say your guess of it being a game token is accurate.

I think the writing looks Japanese. I dont know what it says, though. Hopefully someone can translate.

It looks like a Japanese Pachinko token, which is just an arcade token. They have all kinds of random designs like that. I have one with a pegasus.

A Pachinko token is usually 25mm/1 inch in diameter.

It should be an arcade token.
The reading is PU RI N SU. Means "Prince" and it's a Japanese loanword.
