Appears to be a Curved Trail Die or some other Category at the bottom and top ends of the "Y" in Liberty? I threw in a Reverse photo of the "Y" also. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Not a trail die. Some kind of plating abnormality?

There is also a disturbance above LIBERTY area. So that may factor in?

Maybe a gouge from polishing? Caught the edge of the letter and dug in a little. From the looks of the coin it looks like a pretty late die state. The W in WE is pretty wierd looking and it looks like some of the letters on the reverse have a little trail coming off he bottoms towards the west. That along with some plating issues maybe? Def looks cool and diff though. Nice find!
