It would be graded FR02 Obverse AG3 Reverse. The wear on reverse still leaves enough detail for the about good grade so technical grade is FR/AG I can barely make out a date , 1809?

Pretty close to PO1 in the obverse, but the reverse keeps it in FR02.

1809 date, right? Seems the 3rd digit is a 0, so 1809 is the only possible date.
