First, note the severe lean to the right of the mint mark superscript. Also, the 3 in the date is clearly some sort of overpunch. Finally, the two C's in the obverse (eagle side) legend are really oversized. All in all, I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be a debased contemporary counterfeit. The slanted superscript is definitely out of place and similar to a contemporary counterfeit Zacatecas 1 real I posted recently. The reverses are clearly different, though. At this point, I'm leaning towards the example posted here being genuine.
