Welcome to CCF.

Someone obviously thought the serial number was interesting. No way that note was circulating all these years.
Not interesting enough for me , and condition issues make it a spender in my world.

Irrespective of the condition,
but because it is a low face value Note,
a keeper.

A spender, if it was a $5 Note.

Worth more only if the last number were 0.
Or the first 1.
But in that condition maybe not even then.
