Hi, if anyone could help me identify this I would be most grateful. It was amongst some of my late grandfather's things along with other coins.

I know absolutely nothing else about this coin.

Hope someone can she'd some light on this.

It reminds me of the anonymous copper coinage (Falus)of Afghanistan of about 1812AD found in KM# 11. Not that it is, but it looks like copper hammered or maybe "dump" coinage of the Middle East or perhaps India
