Not sure if this is the right forum section but I just found this in a vending machine at work. Are there any known errors to be on the lookout for on this coin? Sorry for the blurry photos. Just inquiring about any errors to look out for.

Only information I could find is that that particular quarter has the least number minted of all the State Quarters up to now.

This is called an impaired proof. Someone broke open a proof set and spent the coins in circulation.
