Very interesting find Pete2226! If it's not a Die Chip, then it could be a minor Doubled Die Obverse.

Since none are listed as DDO for bar7, and being more squared off(shelf like), has to be damage, MD or contact?

Pete2226, I looked on every die variety website and I only found 3 minor Doubled Die Obverse listings. Two of the listings involved the "L" in "Liberty" having a bar underneath. And the third one had a doubled eyelid.

I know - I was familiar with some having a bar or the L. That is why this one got my attention. I think the feature is too high to be Strike Doubling. I was just trying to think whether I ought to send it to Wexler to check. I think he is the one that I would send it to if I sent it to any. It is so minor if it is one.
Rest in Peace

If you look at a normal 7, it is curved under the bar. Then look at the angled of surface top to bottom. Seems to me to be damaged, a smashing hit and moved metal perhaps?

AND, possible wrapper damage in a CCW direction?

That's the guy that you should send these pictures to and see what he thinks. If he wants to see it in hand, just make sure you send other coins in as well.
