There's Machine Doubling on the obverse and reverse. The reverse has been Struck Through Grease a little bit, but not enough to be worth a premium over face value. The U.S. Mint stopped hand punching mint marks in 1990 (1989 was the last year, so an RPM would be completely impossible after 1989). The mint marks are now engraved into the die during the die making process. Also, there's Machine Doubling on the mint mark.

MD happens or can happen multiple times and in completely different directions. MD is caused by the die being loose in it's holder. it can flop all over the place. Have you ever used a hammer? When you hit the nail, the hammer bounces to bleed off the energy being expended(physics). It may hit the nail once hard, then lighter, then just a tap, but it bounces, can't stop it from. The press stamps the coin and then presses it hard. The dies may shift to move into alignment at that point so there is some movement going on. Note this pix of yours(good ones BTW), it has two visible ridge lines, at least twice it effected this letter. Now, because these are stinkin zinkins and use the single squeeze method of production, center design is where weird effect happen, like this doubling effects. It is " Strike Doubling" not hub doubling.
