New to collecting and stumbled upon this in a box of coins I bought from an estate sale. Any comments on its condition or and errors that are associated with this coin I'm not familiar with it at all.

Looks like a genuine 1927 US minted 2 and 1/2 dollar gold piece in very fine to extra fine condition.

Nice find worth a couple hundred bucks!
