I can't say if its real or not, but I will say that mint mark looks like Santiago, Chile.

Thanx otto. Not much info about this coin, it's not even listed at Numista. The 1758 is worth a ton of money though :)

Patina seems fake at the first look.

Definitely fake, the edge and dentils are just awful. Lettering is wrong as well, the "V"s are particularly terrible and the genuine coin spells out "Ferdinandus" on the obverse instead of just "Ferdnd" as on this piece.
