Also noticed some die cracks on the reverse on the R in UNITED and the second S in STATES. Do these add any added value because of the placement and it being a 1982 cent?

Excellent example, but with those surface stains, any premium would probably be very small.

Simple answer is no, cracks are so common on coins no value increases on most, need to be really dramatic. With BILLIONS, with a B, they are plentiful...now the stinkin zinkins, in high grades may be woth their weight in silver...100 years from now.
