The answer is no, it's not. I see slight Machine Doubling. Remember, Machine Doubling never increases the size of the devices. It will always reduce the devices.

No, but if you had a doubled die that year it might look like this:

They would look more like these if you had one.

I think I see what your looking at. The tops of the devices had some circulation flattening. That rub caught your eye.
