I am looking just outside the rounded border of the reverse. I am trying to photo it in order as it starts towards the end of CAROLINA and ends right after the 5 in 2015. If it isn't PMD what would it be called so I can read up on it? Thank you again.

The is Machine Doubling. I know it enlarges the devices, but these devices are incuse. (sunk into the coin, not raised) So the opposite rule applies to these. Machine Doubling on raised devices reduce the size, MD on incuse devices enlarges the devices. The MD can happen before or after the strike on these. They are very common on the ATP series. about 70 of these show minor or major Machine Doubling.
