Hello Everyone. Are examples of the 1944 D Pennies with both the S and D mint marks all located in the same position? They were done by hand then, correct? I ask because this penny looks to have the S mint mark at an angle (guessing 45°). I see, what looks to be the top of the S, angled above the D, with the tale visible (to me) inside the D. Please see photo for better explaination... thank you.

I take that back. MY APOLOGIES. I see 2 different S's. I want to find something so bad, I'm starting to see things.

I am always hoping you will look at my posts Mr. Cooper. (I think of you as a "SENSEI") I appreciate your remarks and love the examples you include. Thank you.

Thanks. Its just what I do. I like to keep it simple, always better with images. I've been collecting coin images for over 20 years. I can see stuff in normal images to everyone else, that I can use as an education device.
