No GrapeCollects. It's 100 percent Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). You can see the pushed and flattened metal. Your cent is now only worth Copper melt value.

@Younosabe, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with @E&V and @chafemasterj that this coin does not look like a mint error. Rather, someone flattened part of the flan and then wrapped it underneath.
