What you are seeing there is Machine Doubling. That is not hub doubling. Here is a set of similar doubling in different directions with a normal one at the end.

Also the stick is machine doubled? it has a big chunk of extra die on it... very different as leaves.. thanks for illustration of this machine DD types.. :D
