Belgian 1 Cent 1899 Flemish, Not In Krause

Here is a Belgian Cent[ime] I found, dated 1899 and inscribed in the Flemish language. It is in Very Fine condition and not listed in the Krause catalogue.



For comparison, I add a photograph of the 1899 French language version, which IS listed in the catalogue.


My apologies for the poor quality of my photographs of small copper coins with this microscope; I hope to work out how to use it better, and also to do full size pictures.
