Those pictures come out a little small on my screen but I'd say damage to the rim.

I believe PMD (post mint damage), even from this burry images.

What I can see are big dings on the portrait and rim of the obverse, and the possibility of a very slight off-center strike. Unless there's something else you think is going on, I'd say spend it.

It's Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). You can see how the rim is pushed in and flattened from the damage. Worth face value.
