Hello all I got this in change tonight, am not sure if was in the ground for a bit or a type of lamination error coins weights 5.68 grams thickness looks to be right. the flat pics of front and back show it looking dull, the rim pic has the color of the whole coin any thoughts

It was Environment Damage that caused your Quarter to look like this.

Thanks all for the comments, coin has interesting coloring on it, not toned, was hoping it was not envirormental caused.
