From the monogram I believe it's Abdageses I. Is there any image left on the other side? It's Indo-Scythian.

All I can read of the legend is BACIΛEΩC BACIΛ[EΩN] ("King of Kings"). The king's name is mostly off-flan. The symbol in front to the horse is known as the "Gondopharan symbol", and is found on the coins of Gondophares and his immediate successors. The coin could belong to one of several Indo-Parthian kings who issued coins of this type. Abdagases is probably a good guess.
