wish there was a better of the obverse. I think the lighting is clouding the photo. I'm going to start off with MS63

Obverse looks lifeless and color contrasts with that of the reverse. Were these pics taken under exactly the same lighting?

Reverse spotting and washed-out obverse add up to high AU at best unless new pics show the coin in a much different light. This does not look uncirculated to me, hope I'm wrong.
