The obverse corrosion and the green PVC gunk hurts it. It needs an acetone bath real bad. As it stands now it would grade AU details.

Obv looks weaker than reverse, AU50/AU55. I'm not seeing the pvc, but acetone bath never hurts when in doubt - and could save the coin if still superficial.
