Recommend reposting in the Ancients/Medieval section. It's a 4th century Roman Imperial bronze with, possibly, a SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE reverse, with D in the left field. I believe the obverse legend ends in "PFAVG." There are still a number of possibilities: Valentinian I, Gratian, etc.

The Roman collectors can help, I'm sure.
