It looks like Post Strike Damage to me, but don't take my word for it yet, since I'm somewhat unsure.

There looks like one spot that looks like it took a hit, but I feel it is a struck through something irregular in shape. Looking deep inside tells me this was caused to happen. Something was struck through. Maybe a piece of string (not thread).
