I don't think there really is a way to tell, especially without a reverse to work with. Augustus, Tiberius, and even Caligula all had the same idealized, youthful portrait, with Tiberius only standing out where the more "official" portrait was used - he apparently had a very prominent forehead.
That said, I am leaning toward Augustus on this one.
