After hearing a thread speaking of the cheap gas prices in other countries, I was wondering if other countries sell silver and other precious metals for less than the U.S.? -PP

I doubt it. Even in places like the third world.

In those countries, you go to a jeweler and have your stuff hand-made. The cost is based on that days price of silver or gold or whatever you're making.

You might be able to find obscure silver coins from obscure countries cheap for the amount of silver. But remember, that you will also sell them for less too........
