That is certainly a coin to show off . I agree to R&B designation .
I see only one small carbon spot on obverse around 10:00 .
The area on obverse field right side I believe is just glare from whatever lighting OP used . Toning is 100% natural ,reverse is beautiful . My Opinion : MS-66RB .
