Good day. I am trying to see this coin with a doubled date specifically the VP 007. There is a clear piece of metal on the SW part of the date which is hard to see on the photos so it looks doubled NE. And there is partical filling inside the D. Don't know. Not very good condition. There there is the incuse mark below Liberty with what looks like a partial Cud east of that. Not sure. So I let our friends in the Coin Community take a shot.
As always many thanks. Rich

I can see some clear residue staining from something very sticky. On the edge, it looks like it was Struck Through Debris.

ok thanks EV. I cleaned it up with some soap and a worn soft tooth brush and learned that the D is not doubled. And I agree on the strike through. I looked under a better scope and all of that strike is incuse. Rich

You're very welcome! Oh, just to let you know, you need to fix your title. It says "1975 D Wheatie error" when it should say "1957 D Wheatie error".
