JimmyD Bedrock of the Community Canada 21601 Posts	Posted 06/12/2018 9:29 pm First of all It looks to me like someone has put glue or some other substance on the coin and pressed another coin into it. Try soaking it in acetone to see if it comes off. In any case, it is not an error, it was done after it left the mint. Report this Post to the Staff
