Does this one look like Machine Doubling or a Doubled Die, or something else like an extraction error?

I saw a few of these today looking through a box today. I believe it's Die Deterioration rather than a doubled die. It doesn't feature any notches and it makes devices smaller.

It's MD. You can tell by comparing the right and left side of the T. The right side is a little smaller which means a reduction in size which in turn means md.
