1996 D LMC Wide AM, My Vote Is I Don't Think So.

I found this extremely circulated 1996 D LMC that almost looks as if it could be something. I cannot see the FG initials as they are all but gone. AMERICA appears to have a different letter type from most 1996's that I have seen and while I know that closed AM's have different degrees of width I am curious about this one as I haven't ran across one this wide. Its a one in a billion chance this could be and I just am unsure so let me know if I am right on the I don't think so vote.

Close AM. I'd spend not time with a coin that looks like that. I put them into the return to circulation rolls.

You can see how much size is missing from the left side of the M making it look like a WAM but it's pretty easy to tell from the picks that the left side is half the width of the right. I'm surprised the back looked as good as it did after seeing the front, yowza!
