MS-63+. Too bad about the distracting marks. Great luster though.

MS64....I'm thinking some of that great original lustre offsets some the field chatter present on the obv. On the other hand, I can see a strict grader knocking this down to a MS62

Those two distracting marks are actually part of the silver, it's nothing on the surface of the coin.

Agree. Can't see it getting a higher grade with those spots, which really detract from the eye appeal.

The NGC Results are: NGC-MS63. Thanks for guessing everyone.
Johnnysprawl,what I meant about the marks being part of the silver was that they weren't marks sitting on top of the surface that could possibly be conserved by NCS.
