Canadian coins get no respect where I am. I couldn't believe my LCS sold me this for $12.00. Heaven only knows what they paid for it.

Not MS.
And it looks like a "sneeze" coin.

There are some nasty little pits in it, but
I still would have been very happy to buy it for $12.

Otherwise AU58, reasonably well struck.

Canadian and U.S. coins have equal respect as Australian or British coins in Australia.

AU-50. They probably paid 10 bucks. 12 bucks is a good price. Irrelevant of condition I don't ever remember selling a 35 or 36 under 20 bucks online.

AU-58, very decent buy at that price.
