Cartwheel luster is peaking through the toning. Opinions with commentary are greatly appreciated! Report this Post to the Staff

moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 06/16/2018 1:48 pm The center hair on the obverse is lightly struck, as is typical for this issue. Center and lower wing feather rows on reverse show sufficient rub to quantify as a lightly circulated example, probably 55. Eye appeal, however, which is every bit as important as the grade for value determination, is lacking. No better than 3/10. An pure acetone soak may help. Report this Post to the Staff
