When you start getting into that price range I'd suggest an NGC or PCGS in the grade you like and be much more certain about what you are getting. Report this Post to the Staff

The stray marks on the obverse, like to the left of Liberty, would be in line with what you would see from natural wear. But the reverse markings definitely look intentional and would likely merit a Details grade for "Graffiti". Report this Post to the Staff
