*** Edited by Staff to remove YELLING. All capital letters is the internet version of yelling. Please do not do it in titles or posts. ***

*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***

I was looking through some coins in my 1994 Lincoln Memorial pennys one caught my attention I know we want to find the rarest coin I have some 1990 without a s mint put I know without s means phili minted I looked studied the 1990 S photo well. When I seen the 1994 penny it stuckout like a PF but realized it had a D mint I'm enclosing photos with it side by side with a 1994 d tell me what you think thank you

Guess I don't fully understand your question.
IIf you weren't aware, LMCs were minted in 3 places (P or plain) Philadelphia, (S) SAN Francisco and (D) Denver.

The 1994D pictured is a normal business strike not a proof. Sorry but nothing out of the ordinary.

There are some noted proof coins missing the S, but there should not be any proof coins with a D.

to CCF. Agreed, your coin is not a proof but is a business strike.

After 1992 it is IMPOSSIBLE to have OMM because of hub design...no longer were mintmarks added by hand. Now, eachmint designs their own.

Master hubs are all made in Philadelphia. Denver makes their own dies, and Philadelphia still makes all of San Francisco and West point dies.

However, that does not explain who makes the ones used in China.
Back to your 1994 coin. It is a really nice strike. Only a standard coin but a nice one.

It's not a proof coin. Just a normal business strike coin, made for circulation.
