Guess I don't fully understand your question. IIf you weren't aware, LMCs were minted in 3 places (P or plain) Philadelphia, (S) SAN Francisco and (D) Denver.

 There are some noted proof coins missing the S, but there should not be any proof coins with a D.

After 1992 it is IMPOSSIBLE to have OMM because of hub design...no longer were mintmarks added by hand. Now, eachmint designs their own.

However, that does not explain who makes the ones used in China.   Back to your 1994 coin. It is a really nice strike. Only a standard coin but a nice one.

It's not a proof coin. Just a normal business strike coin, made for circulation.
