Wanting to identify the topic of this coin/token/round; reads
"Postmasters of America 1977 Commemorative Issue No. 16 Issued September 30, 1977 York, Pennsylvania". It's a Franklin Mint issue but I have not been able to ebay or Google this particular issue No. 16.
Thanks for any help!

It's very likely to appear as sets, rather than individual tokens.

Try googling "Postmasters of America" with the quotes, and you'll find that these medals were incorporated in First Day Covers.

Such resale value as the complete 'collectible' would enjoy would be compromised by removal of the medal.

Cheers,
