I came across a 2005 Guy Fawkes commemorative £2 coin today, after a quick Google I learned that it was quite common to find this coin with the first R's in both Remembers appear as P's inscribed on the side, so the inscription read as "Pemember Pemember the fifth of November".

I believe this was caused by the short tail of the R not striking properly due to the grooves on the side.

The coin I found reads "Remember Remember the fifth of Novembep"
I had a look under the macro lens I have for my camera and
both the R's in Remember are fully formed with tail unlike other mistakes for this coin, but the R that's supposed to be at the end of November shows no sign of a tail at all and looks as if it is a misspelling. I couldn't find any others samples online with this spelling.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm not really a coin collector so I have no idea about it

Very common error, it comes from a Grease Filled Die. Value? Anywhere from £2-4

Even if that's the only one with that variation of spelling?

True it's less common to find the Grease Fill on the last R but sadly error collecting just isn't a big thing in the UK. US circulating error coins are much more sought after. You can try ebay, buy don't get your hopes up.
