Anyone knows what this coin is?
Its about 20 mm and looks like gold.
Modern fake/remake?

There was a thread on another site where someone had this same coin (based on description, there were no pictures) and someone suggested that it might be from the old Italian colony Italian Eritrea. This link is for a coin that is silver, not gold, and is much bigger than yours, but there doesn't seem to be a small gold version. I'm assuming it's a modern replica, unless someone else has seen a real gold one.

The design is taken from an Italian Eriterea silver tallero. It was never used on a genuine gold coin.
